BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />This project for the Northern Palm Beach County <br />Improvement District involved renovations at Eastpointe <br />Pump Station that included installation of new concrete <br />panel retaining wall, installation of precast concrete <br />piles to support the foundation for two new pumps and <br />installation of 1 -story precast concrete building for <br />pump station. <br />lowJ� <br />RADISE mobilized a truck mounted drill rig and <br />conducted a site visit and field reconnaissance to <br />observe existing site conditions. A layout of boring <br />locations in the field was prepared, as well as utilities <br />cleared through Sunshine. <br />RADISE's field exploration included performing SPT <br />borings. Laboratory Testing included sampling from the <br />borings and classification in accordance with the <br />Unified Soil Classification System (ASTM D 2487). Representative samples from the SPT borings were tested for index <br />properties such as moisture content and grain size distribution and for corrosivity. <br />RADISE provided a geotechnical engineering evaluation and prepared a report. <br />25.
