BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Induce scope, size, and cost) <br />Bailey Engineering Consultants, Inc. (BEC) provided design and construction management services for this $13 -million <br />wastewater treatment facility. <br />This design -build project consisted of the design and construction of a 2.0 MGD wastewater plant. Construction included <br />two oxidation ditches, a mixed liquor splitter box, two 70' diameter clarifiers, headworks, RAS/WAS pump station, effluent <br />filters, chlorine contact basin, hypochlorite building, four sludge holding tanks, an emergency generator, an electrical <br />building, a sludge press building with belt press equipment, a plant recycle pump station and yard piping.
